Founded in 1942 to promote more widespread appreciation of instrumental and choral performances, we are proud of our deserved reputation for providing a varied and consistently high standard of live chamber music. Membership is by subscription of £60 at the start of the concert season in October, which entitles members to attend all five concerts in the season for the price of four. For non-members, tickets are available at the door for each concerts for £15 (£5 for students). All concerts take place in Welshpool Methodist Church, and begin at 7.30pm.
Our next concert is on Thursday 11 May when Mary Hofman (violin), Rebecca Knight (cello) and Richard Ormrod (piano) present Arcadian Visions piano trios by Mendelssohn and Schubert
